If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for a return, your item must be&nbsp;<strong>unused, unopened<\/strong>, and in the&nbsp;<strong>same condition<\/strong>&nbsp;that you received it. It must also be in the&nbsp;<strong>original packaging<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Several types of goods are&nbsp;<strong>exempt from being returned<\/strong>. Due to health and safety regulations,&nbsp;<strong>perishable or consumable items<\/strong>, such as food, beverages, and condiments,&nbsp;<strong>cannot be returned once opened<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Additional non-returnable items:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Downloadable software products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some health and personal care items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To complete your return, we require a&nbsp;<strong>receipt or proof of purchase<\/strong>.<br>Please&nbsp;<strong>do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are certain situations where&nbsp;<strong>only partial refunds are granted<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item that is returned\u00a0<strong>more than 14 days after delivery<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the&nbsp;<strong>approval or rejection<\/strong>&nbsp;of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a&nbsp;<strong>credit will automatically be applied<\/strong>&nbsp;to your credit card or original method of payment within&nbsp;<strong>5\u20137 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Late or Missing Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, please:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check your bank account again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact your credit card company \u2014 it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at&nbsp;<strong><a>orders@syllasproduction.com<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sale Items<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Only&nbsp;<strong>regular-priced items<\/strong>&nbsp;may be refunded.&nbsp;<strong>Sale or promotional items<\/strong>&nbsp;cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exchanges<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We only replace items if they are&nbsp;<strong>defective or damaged<\/strong>.<br>If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at&nbsp;<strong><a>orders@syllasproduction.com<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;and mail your item to our returns address (provided upon approval).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Gifts<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a&nbsp;<strong>gift credit<\/strong>&nbsp;for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a&nbsp;<strong>refund to the gift giver<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Shipping Returns<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To return your product, please email&nbsp;<strong><a>orders@syllasproduction.com<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;for return authorization and mailing instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be responsible for paying your&nbsp;<strong>own shipping costs<\/strong>&nbsp;for returning your item. Shipping costs are&nbsp;<strong>non-refundable<\/strong>. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be&nbsp;<strong>deducted from your refund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a&nbsp;<strong>trackable shipping service<\/strong>&nbsp;or purchasing&nbsp;<strong>shipping insurance<\/strong>.
